Science,Society and Jurisprudence

I am not a great scholar or researcher but I am a student of Biology. For that purpose,I often work in a lab. Sometimes which makes me wonder some things like when I do a project I have to follow a lot of steps and also need to follow the sub-steps. 
But these steps don't happen to me and even don't' happen to my intelligent friend but the steps are obligatory for me, otherwise, I will not be able to achieve my goals. Then I will never go to someone who gives me more trouble and I will have to go to someone who knows my problems until my work is done.

My friend plays cricket and he wants to become an expert in the same job, and he wants to hire a good coach for his training, but I also tell him that there is no need to have a coach, I'll teach, because I'm a scientist, so he thinks I'm crazy and tries to get rid of me and he says to keep up your work and don't have to fight in every job. And then he hires a coach who specializes in cricket and he always follows the orders of the same coach in the matter of cricket so that he can succeed in the same field.

When my car breaks down I never go to a writer or someone with a lot of knowledge because they don't have the solution to my problem. So at that moment I only remember a mechanic and I turn to him and I follow the same mechanic's words about the car and I consider the same mechanic to be my teacher in terms of my car - there are many other things in life that make me rely on someone who knows better than me in different fields. And people don't even think of me as a mental slave, but people ask me, according to which expert did you do it?

Now the real thing is that I follow good, capable and trustworthy people in everything in life but I am doing only what I like about my religion. Then it came to my mind that every religion and there must be someone in the sect who guides my worship in a good way.  after a lot of research, it has been found that such people have come in every age and in every sect, and religion, but due to a little carelessness, we go on the opposite direction. These people are very expert in the matter of religion and this level is called Ijtihad(jurisprudence). In order to attain this level of Ijtihad, one has to spend one's entire life in the following sciences.

1. Arabic grammar and literature
2. Logic
3. Extensive knowledge of the Qur'anic sciences and Hadith
4. Science of narrators
5. Principle of Jurisprudence
6. Comparative Jurisprudence

When you specialize in these sciences, you do not have to turn to anyone, otherwise, you have to follow the words of people who are skilled in these sciences(Mujtahid), because these people do not do any jurisprudential issues without doing all the research and the good thing about them is that they do not judge by speculation.  The job of a mujtahid is to let the practice of the religion (faro e deen).and in the end, one thing must be made intelligent so that before imitating a mujtahid, one must look at the conditions found in it that his faith is very Be strong, do not give up any of the obligations and do not do any of the haraam deeds, just no matter how great the sinner may be, he cannot be a mujtahid - these principles are common to all Muslim mujtahids. Other religions have approximately the same criteria for jurisprudential.

Unfortunately, it is not practised in our society because everyone has opened their own shop - which is why these hatreds, fights, riots, terrorism are being promoted.

میں کوئی بڑا عالم یا محقق تو نہیں مگر ایک ادنا  سابائیولوجی کا طالبعلم ہوں-اسی ناطے میں اکثر لیب میں کام کرتا رہتا ہوں -جس کی وجہ سے مجھے کچھ چیزیں حیران کر دیتی   ہیں مثلا جب میں کوئی پروجیکٹ کرتا ھوں تو مجھے بہت سارے سٹیپس اور ان کے اندر سبسٹپس کو فالو کرنا پڑتا ہے  - مگر یہ سٹیپس مجھ سے اور میرے قابل دوست سے بھی نہیں ہوتا-مگریہ سٹیپس میرے لیے واجب ہے ورنہ میں اپنے مقاصد کو حاصل نہیں کر پاوں گا - پھر اس وقت میں کسی ایسے شخص کے پاس جاوں گاجسے  اس سٹیپ میں  مہارت حاصل ہو- اب میں کبھی ایسے کے پاس نہیں جاوں گا جو مجھے اور زیادہ مسلہ پیش کرے اور  مجھے اس وقت -تک اس جاننے والے کے'پاس جانا پڑے گا جبتک میرا کام مکمل نہ ہو

میرا دوست کرکٹ کھیلتا ہے اور وہ چاہتا ہے کہ وہ اسی کام میں ایکسپرٹ بن جائے ،اور وہ چاہتا ہے کہ ایک اچھا کوچ کو اپنی تربیت کے لئے رکھ لے ،مگر میں اس سے کہتا بھی ہوں کہ کوئی کوچ رکھنے کی ضرورت نہیں ،میں سکھا دوں گا ،کیونکی میں ایک سائنٹسٹ ہوں ،تو وہ مجھے پاگل سمجتا ہے اور کوشش کرتا ہے مجھ سے جان چھوٹ جائے اور وہ کہتا ہے اپنے کام سے کام رکھ اور ہر کام میں ٹانگ اڑھانے  کی ضرورت نہیں اور  پھر وہ ایک ایسے بندے کو اپنا کوچ رکھ لیتا ہے جسے کرکٹ میں مہارت حاصل ہو اور وہ  ہر وقت کرکٹ کے معاملے میں اسی کوچ کی ہدایات  پر عمل کرتا ہے تاکہ وہ اسی شعبے میں کامیابی حاصل کر سکے

جب میری گاڑی خراب ہو تو میں کبھی کسی رائیٹر یا کسی بہت علم والے کے پاس نہیں جاؤںگا  کیونکہ میرے مسلۂ کا حل ان کے پاس نہیں -تو اس وقت مجھے ایک میکینک کے ہی پاس جانا ہو گا  اور میں  اس کی طرف رجوع کروں گا  -اور میں گاڑی سے متعلق اسی میکینک کی باتوں پر عمل کروں گا  اور میں اسی میکینک کو اپنی گاڑی کے حوالے سے استاد تصوّر کروں  گا  -اس کے علاوہ زندگی میں اور بھی بہت سے کام ہے جن کی وجہ سے مجھے دوسرے جاننے والے پر انحصار کرنا پڑتا ہے -اور لوگ مجھے ایک ذہنی غلام بھی تصور نہیں کرتے بلکہ لوگ مجھ سے پوچھتے ہے کہ آپ نے کس ایکسپرٹ کے رایے کے مطابق یہ کام انجام دیا     

اب اصل بات یہ ہے کہ میں زندگی کے  ہر چیز پر اچھے ،قابل اور قابل اعتماد لوگو پر عمل کرتا ہوں مگر میں اپنے دین کے بارے میں صرف وہی کر رہا ہوں جو مجھے اچھا لگتا ہے -پھر میرے ذہن میں آیا کہ ہر مذہب اور فرقے میں ایسا کوئی ہونا چاہیے جو میری عبادات کو ایک اچھی راہ پہ لگا دے -بہت ریسرچ کے بعد معلوم ہوا کہ ایسے لوگ ہر دور میں اور ہر فرقے ،اور مذہب میں چلا آیا ہیں مگر ہم نے تھوڑی سے لاپرواہی کی وجہ سے ان ہستیوں سے مھ موڑھ لیا ہیں- یہ لوگ دین کے معاملے میں بہت ایکسپرٹ ہوتے ہیں  اور اس درجے کو اجتہاد کہتے ہے -یہ درجہ اجتہاد حاصل کرنے کیلئے مندرجہزیل علوم میں اپنی پوری زندگی صرفکرنا پڑتا ہیں

جب آپ ان علوم پر مہارت رکھتے ہیں تو آپ کو کسی کی طرف رجوع کرنے کی ضرورت نہیں ورنہ آپکو ایسے لوگو کی باتوں پر عمل کرنا ہو گا جنہیں ان علوم میں مہارت حاصل ہو کیونکہ یہ لوگ کوئی بھی فقہی مسلہ بغیر  تحقیق کے بیان  نہیں کرتےاور ان میں اچھی چیز یہ ہے کہ یہ  قیاس پر فیصلہ نہیں کرتے. مجتہد کا کام یہ ہے کہ فروۓ دین میں دقیق تحقیق کے بعد رایے  دیتے ہے -اور آخر  میں ایک چیز ضرور ذہین نشین کر لے کہ مجتہد کی تقلید کرنے سے پہلے ان میں پاۓ جانے والے شرائط پر ضرور نظر ڈالے  کہ اس کا ایمان بہت زیادہ مضبوط ہو ،واجبات میں سے کسی بھی واجبات کو ترک نہ کرے اور محرمات میں سے کوئی حرام کام انجام نہ دے ،بس گنہگار جتنا بھی بڑا عالم کیوں نہ ہو مجتہد نہی ہو سکتا -یہ اصول تمام مسلمانوں کے مجتہدین کے لئے رایج ہیں -دوسرے مذاہب کا بھی کچھ بیش و کمی اسی طرح ہیں -مگر افسوس اس پر عمل نہیں ہوتملتا جس کیوجہ سے ہر کسی نے اپنی دکان کھولا ہوا ہے -اسی لئے  یہ نفرتیں ،لڑائی ،فساد ،دہشتگردی کو ترویج مل رہا ہے
