The difference between education and training is that education means learning, teaching or reminding someone of something. While training means personality building and upbringing. through training, people can be trained to their liking and because of which society can be changed.
It is important that the training is done with a well thought out and meticulous plan so that the result is successful. In training, it is not enough to just give advice and intimidation but should to provide all the situation and conditions according to the purpose, so that the purpose can be achieved.
A few things are necessary for training:-
- It is important for the trainer to know well the person he is training
- In the eyes of the trainer, there must be a goal of training, mean, what kind of person he wants to be made.
- The trainer must have a training program
The issue of training is of great importance in the developed countries of the East and the West. They have done a lot of research in this area, and they have a lot of experts in this art. But no attention has been paid to this important issue of life in our country. However, there are a few experts who have done little. But there are two major flaws in these East and West researchers and books.
The first is that man has been seen only in terms of his physical body and his worldly life. And neglects spiritual happiness and misery and the afterlife or has been ignored.
There is no goal in the West for training other than to properly nurture a child's physical strength, animal strength and brain so that he can live comfortably when he grows up. And material benefits and animal pleasures. And even if morality is discussed in the books, it is related to worldly life and the pursuit of material interests. And there is no mention of spiritual perfections in these books. And it would not be wrong to say that they have nothing to do with moral and spiritual life.
Second, for Westerners, training issues depend on experience and statistics. Religion has no colour on them. And in the eyes of a Muslim, there are two sides to the human. One body and another soul. One worldly life and the other afterlife. Scholars from Iran and Iraq have written very good books and articles on child training and we should definitely take advantage of them.
